Shipping Policy For Shepler Refrigeration, Inc.

Shepler Refrigeration, Inc. requires all customers to pay a minimum deposit of 50% of the invoiced order cost in order to secure their shipment. The customer is responsible for payment of the remaining balance to Shepler Refrigeration, Inc. before any products will be delivered. Shepler Refrigeration’s customers receive standard ground or LTL freight free within the contiguous United States. Standard delivery times average between 2 to 10 working days.

*Hawaii and Alaska require a shipping quote prior to shipment. Standard delivery is tailgate delivery only. Customers are responsible for the unloading, placement, uncrating and installation of products within their facility.

*Lift-gate deliveries can be requested at an additional price. Shepler Refrigeration, Inc. provides expedited delivery to its customers at an additional charge. Shepler Refrigeration, Inc. will provide a freight quote to meet the customer’s delivery needs.

Shepler Refrigeration, Inc. has no control over freight carrier delivery schedules, weather conditions or natural disasters that may disrupt delivery time. Please provide ample delivery time so that your products are delivered within your desired time frame. Shepler Refrigeration, Inc. is not responsible for fees on attempted deliveries or returns due to incorrect shipping information or redeliveries caused by the customer.

Delivery Options:
Tailgate Delivery - Freight carrier will bring freight to the back of the delivery truck. The unloading of the product from the truck to the parking lot is the responsibility of the buyer. Please plan accordingly.
Lift-gate Delivery -Freight carrier will lower the product to the ground with a lift system. This delivery option is important to consider when purchasing large, heavy products. Inside placement is still the responsibility of the customer.
Inside Placement - Inside placement is the unloading, uncrating and placement of the delivered product within the customer’s facility. This is not part of the standard delivery service.
