Same Day Shipping

One of the many perks of being a ZENZII retailer is enjoying reliable, same-day shipping. Simply place your order before 3PM during weekdays - and it will soon be on its way!

 

 

-How do you ship orders?

UPS Ground for 48 US continental states, USPS for Hawaii, Alaska, US territories, and international orders. We do not use any other shipping companies such as FedEx and DHL. We are currently do not ship to Poland.

 

-Are orders processed within the same day?

We offer same-day shipping on all orders placed before 3:00 PM EST (Monday to Friday). Orders received on a Friday after cut off time, on Saturday and Sunday, or during holidays, will be processed on the next business day.

 

-I submitted my online order, but can I use my UPS account?

Unfortunately, since online orders are live transactions, your shipping charge has already been processed. If you'd like to use your UPS account, please contact Customer Service before submitting your order.* *Please note that there is a $5 handling fee for using personal UPS accounts.

 

-How long until I receive my order?
